We want you to be completely happy with the products that you purchase from JuJu Bee's SBC. Please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will discuss the situation and the available options.
If the return is due to an error we made we will make the corrections needed. If it is a defective item, we will replace the item or refer you directly to the manufacturer who will take care of the problem. Most of our big purchase items have a warranty thru the manufacturer.
If it is simply an item you don't want, it will be your responsibility to return at your cost for a refund or exchange. However, you must first have authorization - please contact us by email at customerservice@jujubeesscrapbookcorner.com. Please note for non-defective merchandise there will be a 15% re-stocking fee unless otherwise specified. The items must be returned in the original packaging unaltered and/or tampered with and in resalable condition. All requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Any and all damages not reported prior to requesting the return will be the purchaser's responsibility and may be subtracted from the total refund amount. Please ship the authorized item(s) with proper packaging to ensure the integrity of the items enclosed. JuJu Bee's SBC is not liable for any damages and/or loss in transit back to us.
