WITHIN UNITED STATES: Your item will normally ship next business day after payment has cleared but can take up t0 2-3 business days, except for preorders. During the holidays there can be an additional 2-3 days to ship your order. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS ONLY, excluding holidays. Once Item is shipped we are not responsible for the time it takes to arrive at buyer’s location. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS if there is a problem, however we will do our best to help you. Once a postage label is printed you will receive a Delivery Confirmation # from PayPal, this is not a tracking # and most times is not updated until the item is actually delivered.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We do ship Worldwide. Your item will ship within 2-3 business days, except for preorders. During the holidays there can be an additional 2-3 days to ship your order. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS ONLY, excluding holidays. Once Item is shipped we are not responsible for the time it takes to arrive at buyer’s location. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS if there is a problem, however we will do our best to help you. You are resposible for any duties and/or taxes your customs may charge. First Class International mail needs to be taken into the Post Office as PayPal does not allow us to print out a postage label.
PREORDERS:
IMPORTANT: We ship preorders in priority based on when your order is placed with payment. The arrival dates are constantly changing and we will ship them as soon as they arrive, but we will keep you updated as much as possible. Please check our BLOG or sign up for our NEWSLETTER for updates of availability and dates. Please enter a separate order for items not on preorder status to make sure they ship separately.
NOTE: For ALL preorders we require verified payment. This means we will charge your credit card or expect to receive another form of payment as soon as your order is placed. This secures your position on the preorder list and we ship in the prioritized order of when payment is made. If you would prefer to complete payment when the product arrives, you should wait to order when the product arrives and the item description confirms that the item is shipping. Just be aware that there is a chance that we will sell out of this item in the preorder process.
BACKORDERS:
We do accept backorders on product that is out of stock but do require payment upon placing your order. Backorders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive to us.
LAYAWAY:
If you have placed an order on layaway it will not ship until your final payment has been made.
Please note that orders are charged at the time they are placed.
